Clear expectations build trust. We’ll expand these as we move to public launch.

Delivery: Delivery dates depend on city and availability. Same-day may be possible in Addis Ababa when available.
Substitutions: If an item is unavailable, we may substitute with equal or higher value (we’ll contact you when possible).
Refunds/Replacements: If delivery fails due to our error, we will re-deliver or refund based on the case.
Privacy: Customer details are used only to complete orders and improve service.
